Live Arrival Guarantee
Plantaera Biotech LLC strives to ship healthy plants packaged carefully for transit.
If a plant arrives in poor condition, customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:
- clear photos of the plant
- photos of packaging
- the shipping label
Resolution
If a claim is approved, Plantaera Biotech LLC may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- replacement plant
- store credit
- refund
Non-Eligible Claims
Refunds or replacements may not be issued for:
- delays caused by shipping carriers
- weather damage occurring after delivery
- improper plant care after arrival
- acclimation failure of in vitro plantlets
- failure to report within the claim window
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted.
