Live Arrival Guarantee

Plantaera Biotech LLC strives to ship healthy plants packaged carefully for transit.

If a plant arrives in poor condition, customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:

  • clear photos of the plant
  • photos of packaging
  • the shipping label

Resolution

If a claim is approved, Plantaera Biotech LLC may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • replacement plant
  • store credit
  • refund

Non-Eligible Claims

Refunds or replacements may not be issued for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers
  • weather damage occurring after delivery
  • improper plant care after arrival
  • acclimation failure of in vitro plantlets
  • failure to report within the claim window

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted.
